World of Outlaws return to 81 Speedway on May 6 for Kansas Outlaw Klassic

PARK CITY, Kan. — April 25, 2017 —The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series returns to 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas for the first time since 2006 on Saturday, May 6, 2017 for the Kansas Outlaw Klassic presented by Great Clips, Murphy Tractor & Equipment and the City of Park City, Kansas. The event will mark the 13ththA-Feature event contested by the series at the semi-banked, three-eighths-mile, dating back to 1980. Stewart, Madsen Aim to Maintain Eldora Momentum

CONCORD, NC – April 25, 2017 – The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series will make the first of three trips to Eldora Speedway in early May as part of the series’ annual #LetsRaceTwo spring event on May 12-13. World of Outlaws head to Missouri State Fair Speedway on May 5

The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series visits Missouri State Fair Speedway in Sedalia for the first time since 2012 on Friday, May 5 for the Sedalia Show-Me State Showdown. The series has visited the historic half-mile a total of 23 times, dating back to the Outlaws inaugural 1978 season. There have been 13 drivers who have recorded A-Feature wins with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series at the track during that span.Read more: Outlaws Head for Sedalia
OUTLAW SPRINT CARS RAINED OUT AT PEVELY
PEVELY, MO — April 21, 2017 — A forecast of continued rain through the weekend as it pours down on Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 has obligated the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Sprint Car Series to cancel the Spring Classic at the Pevely, MO track tomorrow. The 2017 Spring Classic will not be rescheduled.
Fans that have tickets for the 2017 Spring Classic can use their tickets as credit when the World of Outlaws return to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 later this summer on Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5 for the Ironman 55. Fans also have the option to roll their credit over to the 2018 Spring Classic at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (date to be announced). WEST MEMPHIS, AR – April 21, 2017 – Due to morning thunderstorms today, the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Sprint Car Series is postponing the Bull Ring Outlaw Blitz at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, AR. The Bull Ring Outlaw Blitz has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 3.

UPDATE ON YOUNG MAN INJURED AT GATOR MOTORPLEX
WILLIS, TX - April 17, 2017 - Morgan Harrod - son of Jennifer Driver, of Surgent, TX - is in stable condition, but still critical and recovering from head trauma at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center after an incident in the pit area of Gator Motorplex during the Gator Outlaw Bash.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the young man who was injured on Thursday night," said Randy and Theresa Waller, owners of Gator Motorplex. "The racing community is a close-knit one and everyone here at Gator Motorpolex is thinking about the boy and his family.
